Order Modifications or Cancellation
You have 24 hours from the time you placed your order to contact us and request order adjustments or cancellation.
If 24 hours passed, your order has already been sent to production and can no longer be modified.
Damaged Or Incorrect Order
We check every single order for quality and accuracy.
However once it leaves our facility, the order is no longer within our control.
Although it is highly unlikely, it could happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product.
If that's the case, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all our customers and we are happy to offer a free replacement or a refund on the affected items.
Simply email us your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, the poor quality print or the damaged area of your item.
We'll be happy to organise a reprint or a refund without delay.
Order Not Received?
If you haven't received you order within 30 days (latest) from the date you placed the order in our store, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.
*This policy excludes errors made by buyers who provided incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or buyers who have missed parcel deliveries.
Because your product is custom printed especially for you, we can unfortunately not accept returns.
